30540 hours of bedtime
--
4 years.
365 days a year.
24 hours a day.
Of bedtime.
That amounts to a grand total of 30540 hours.
Read that number out loud.
Thirty five thousand five hundred and forty hours.
Listen to it.
Absorb it.
Feel it.
And be glad it’s not you.
This is a true story. I once heard about a poor woman who was confined to staying in her bed for four years straight. Sure, she had to go up every once in a while to go to the bathroom, take a shower, change clothes and hopefully get some sunlight on her skin. However, the brutal reality of her life was that she was forced to remain within the four walls of her bedroom all day long. Like a prison. Only that she wasn’t chained in shackles. There weren’t any violent inmates. She didn’t have a sentence on her record.
Or actually, she had.
The sentence was called pain.
Chronic pain.
Four years of constant, chronic pain. Her body hurt so much. It was unreal. She could hardly believe she was functioning at all.
Not only that, but she didn’t want to live. The constant pain that bugged her took away her will to live life. Her will to exist.
I don’t know if she had anyone to take care of her.
If she didn’t, I genuinely feel sorry for her.
Actually, scratch that. I feel genuinely sorry for her irrespective of her circumstances. However, if you’re in such a horrible state and you don’t have anyone to take care of you, things are really difficult in your life.
It’s like you’ve been hit with some horrible penalty from above.
That you’ve been picked out as someone who has to suffer while seemingly everyone else get along.
No wonder why you feel so depressed.
No wonder why you should try CBD oil.
