I’ll make it real short today folks.

And let’s get right into it:

  1. Find people who lift you up, who want to see you succeed and are happy for your success and achievements.

2. Eat healthy, train properly and get enough sleep.

3. Eliminate all the distractions you have in your home; video games, unnecessary tv show subscriptions, push notifications on your phone.

4. Learn and get comfortable saying ‘no’ more often.

5. Consider yourself the greatest change in the world and act as such.

Yes, I stole the last point from Mahatma Ghandi’s famous quote; ‘Be the change you want to see in the world.’ Although I have plenty o’ things to say about Ghandi that I did not like, this quote stuck out like a sore thumb and I agree with it 100%. It’s pretty simple and straightforward. No, not easy. Just simple.

Y’know another thing that’s simple?

That’s letting you know that there are ways, twists and tweaks to apply these ways in your own personal life. Depending on your situation, context and nuance, you might not be able to apply all those ways, or apply them at the same time. Or, you might have to do other stuff to *prepare* using those ways.

Example: if you live in a cabin far out in the boons and you should be going to the gym to lift every day, but you can’t because of time and distance, then suck it up and do some push ups and sit ups for the time being.

Yes, you can make such ‘twists’ to your life.

And I will give you detailed, personified feedback to tailor these ways, as well as others, to your personal life. But, that assumes you are willing to work hard, be disciplined and not quit when you do not see results. Or, wipe the dust off your arms and get back at it again and again until success.

Yes it will take time and effort.

And you will want to quit at times.

But, in the end, you will be successful if you keep on pushing yourself. And I will help you do so. But, only for an expensive sum of money. ’Cause I ain’t working for free. If that sounds like something that interests you, simply get started by signing up for my email list.

EE: Energy Enabler. A positive, happy and uplifting person that makes you feel good and who wants you to succeed. They always cheer for you and they want to Believe in you. Makes you want to want to go around and affect other people in the same way. Often good looking and successful.

EV/TT: Energy Vampire or Time Thief. EV’s are Someone who brings you down mentally and psychologically. Often they attack you passive aggressively or they use your attention to make themselves feel good. Hardly or never compliments you. You feel like all life has been sucked out of you when you interact with them. TT’s are similar, only they are much more subtle.
