How to get motivation in the morning

Yes, what’s the secret? Here’s what I think.

****************************************************************

You when you wake up in the morning and you’re really tired and just want to go back to sleep?

But you can’t, because you have kids to wake up, breakfast to make, a dayjob that needs to be taken care of plus you need to drive the kids to school or kindergarten and today it’s your turn to mow the lawn you share with your neighbor.

Aside from the lawn example the above holds true for many people.

Even though they didn’t get much sleep because little Timmy wet his bed at 3 AM, they still have to get up in the morning and get on with all the tasks.

Most people who wake up to all of these things are totally unmotivated and just don’t want to do it.

And I understand them.

The desire to work and do things isn’t there. Their brains are in shut down mode. Especially before the morning coffee.

And, what do you know, many of them are probably quite stressed out too.

I know I’d be if I’d set my life up like that.

Some ‘self-help guru’ once said something about doing 100 pushups before getting on with the day. Or it might have been taking a cold shower. Supposedly that helped.

I just don’t subscribe to that theory.

I’m more in the department of ‘hacking’ your brain using nootropics to get the motivation and relieve yourself from the stress you’re going through.

And that’s how easy you can get motivation. Just take this supplement.

Speaking of motivation and supplements, if you have a nootropic supplement, a responsive email list and you can’t find the motivation to write emails, I’ll take care of that. Just reach out to me here:
