How to not get fat during winter

As I’m typing this, it’s raining outside.

And it makes me think about what most people do when it’s raining, especially up here in the north when it’s getting colder and colder, the days are getting shorter, and most people feel a need to sit inside and relax.

Of course they do so with food.

Back in the day when I was a kid, that just meant an extra cup of hot cocoa, tea or coffee. Maybe a little snack to go with it.

Nowadays, it’s different.

There are food delivery services, takeaway joints, innumerable amounts of grocery stores and gas stations that hardly sell gas anymore. You know what I mean? If you want junk food, candy, sugar filled soft drinks and basically all the bad foods that make you fat, they’re sometimes only a walk away.

Actually, let me rephrase that.

They’re often a tap on the touch screen away since you can order something and have it delivered to your place for pretty cheap. Even if you live on the countryside.

Yeah, that’s how bad it’s gotten.

And I keep seeing the results of it every single day. People have gotten fatter and fatter. Before, being fat was something that was unique for a few select people. Mostly those who didn’t have jobs, who were on welfare money and who didn’t have many aspirations in life.

Fast forward to 2021 where a good 60% or so of everyone at least are overweight. And obesity is almost becoming the new norm.

Being lean and without spare tyre, just because you don’t give in to your urges has become something rare.

Speaking of rare and giving into one’s urges, a lot of people who struggle with their weight simply can’t control their cravings. A lot of them want something sweet and tasty in the moment. And I don’t blame them. I get these cravings a lot myself. In fact I have them almost every day. And I’m sure you go through much of the same.

But where so many people who need to lose weight are falling short is that they don’t do anything to give into these cravings.

They eat and think everything’s fine.

It’s not.

They need to do something about the need to eat unhealthy foods.

Such as finding something else to snack on in between meals and preferably only eat a fixed amount of meals every single day.

One possible solution that comes to mind is eating something that can potentially help you lose weight and make you feel replenished and nourished at the same time.

Amazing, right?

What if you had some cravings and then you could just eat something that would silence the cravings and could potentially help you shed a few extra pounds of lard.

Wouldn’t that be great?

Well, I’m happy to report that there exists such a solution.

And you can get it right here:
