I took a personality test….

…and I ended up becoming an ESTJ.

Supposedly that means that I’m a sentinel. An executive. From the personality test site, www.16personalities.com, people who have my personality type can be summarized as ‘Excellent administrators, unsurpassed at managing things — or people.’

I don’t know if I feel that my abilities to manage things or people are unsurpassed, but I do recognize myself in that. Especially the need to manage things. Because, I’m a list guy. I need to go through the things on my list and check them in order for my day to be complete. If I have to change something or worse, cancel or postpone it, my system malfunctions. Now, it’s not worse that I’ll find something else to do for the day, but I end up feeling genuinely bad about it. It’s like my whole day has been ruined. No, I’m not even joking.

I wish I were, though.

For example, the other day.

I was supposed to work out and I had the whole thing planned out.

Then after the workout I was supposed to jump on a call with someone.

But of course, things changed in the last minute. The person whom I was supposed to jump on a call with me flaked on me in the last minute and kept changing their opinion back and forth.

This dragged out for such a long time that once things were agreed upon, it was too late for me to start working out. And that meant that my whole evening fell apart. At least, that’s how it felt like to me.

Even though I had enough time to do other things.

Still, it grated on me. It bothered me.

Now, things like these happen.

But because of my personality type, I tend to react worse to it than others.

Now, do you think that CBD oil would have helped me overcome this problem? I personally think not. Maybe it would have helped me getting rid of my back pains. I know people who claim it does. However, that’s just purely anecdotal ‘evidence’, and cannot be used as ‘medical proof’…

….but you already knew this.

Now, here’s the problem. A lot of people these days make so many claims, it’s ridiculous. Especially with the whole Coronavirus thing. Everything from ‘anti-inflammatory’ to ‘proven to cure the flu’.

Curing the flu is an all-time new low. First and formemost, there’s a new flu virus every single year. That’s why people get sick from the flu every single year. Some more than others.

I’m so lucky, I happen to belong to the group who hardly gets anything. I might get the seasonal cold once or twice a year. I have a sore throat, a runny nose and my ears may or may not get clogged. I might also have a heavy breath. But that’s pretty much it.

I don’t count that as being ‘sick’.

Not to get too political here, but the problem with the Coronavirus is of course that it’s a new type of virus and there isn’t any proven medicine yet that works. At least not to my knowledge at the time of writing. Hence why precautionary measurements are necessary until there’s a cure.

At least in my opinion.

Also, what is my opinion is that if you have pain issues in your body, and conventional medicine doesn’t work, you should try something new.

Like CBD oil.

Anyway, you know where to buy CBD oil online. Just google it and there are plenty of options.
