‘SHE FARTED IN MY FACE!’

One unlucky person recalls a specific moment in her life.

When she was about 8 or 9 years old, she attended a gymnastics class.

The class was being taught how to do handstands.

The way it happened was, the teacher would hold the student’s back as he or she would attempt to place their feet up against the wall. For anyone who’s done it or attempted doing it, they know that you have to tighten your gut muscles quite a bit. It’s serious work.

And this particular girl in question had something cookin’ in her intestines.

More particularly, she had to fart.

Badly.

She did her best to hold it in, but as anyone knows, sooner or later you have to let go of the gas that’s inside your stomach. Voluntarily or not.

So when it was her turn, and she did everything she could to hold it in, as the teacher grabbed her back and supported her, she farted right in the teacher’s face.

Whereupon the teacher let go of her and loudly screamed;

‘SHE FARTED IN MY FACE!’

Everyone in the gym class heard it.

Naturally, this might have been the most awkward moment in this person’s life.

More, dealing with excessive flatulence, or ‘fibro farts’ as some label it, is a classic side effects of dealing with fibromyalgia.

But that’s not all!

There’s actually more to it than just the farting.

Because, if you think about it for a minute, what happens when you fart?

You release gas. And, whence came the gas?

From your gut.

And what is required for your gut to store excessive amounts of gas?

Space.

In other words, in order for your gut to store excessive gas, it has to expand. Or, as many other people call it, bloat up. So you’ll end up with a big stomach that sticks out like a sore thumb and that’s just one big lump o’ smelly fart.

There are many theories of how you can curb such bloating from taking place. I won’t go into details regarding that here, because it’s such an all encompassing thing, but eating low-FODMAP foods seem to have some effect.

That basically means cutting out sugar, processed carbohydrates and certain fruits and vegetables.

I’ll just quickly add the following:

CBD oil has in many cases helped people who suffer from fibromyalgia. Although the majority of them have to deal with great pain and they’re taking CBD oil for that particular matter, I’m sure they wouldn’t mind dealing with their flatulence issues as well.

Now that you know this, how about going out and getting yourself some CBD oil?
