Understand why *you* think it’s a problem

If you cannot fix yourself, you’re going to be forever broken.

Context: I was reading this article about some psychologist. If you do not know my stance on shrinks, psychologists, therapists and so on, I think it’s all nonsense. In fact, I’ve actually went seeing a shrink on two separate occasions. Either time it was for free [I was poor and broke at both times] and I just wanted to see what it was all about. Literally what it was, was a Q&A session.

The shrink would ask me all of these generic questions and I would respond. These were all the typical questions you can think of; What makes you happy? What did you experience when you grew up? Who in your life makes you sad? And so on.

All nonsense.

It doesn’t take you anywhere.

It doesn’t show you a new way to walk.

All it does is dig deep into your innermost thoughts and then challenge you on your perception of them. So much so that you’ll have to go back and talk more about what’s going on inside your head. Otherwise you will feel lost. Oh, and you definitely should keep on taking such and such many pills [I wasn’t offered anything fortunately, but if I’d gone for long enough I assume I would have].

Now for the main point:

This process *ruins* your Energy.

It zaps and drains you for your life force. There is nothing good which is coming out of this.

Instead, it’s all about what that psychologist was saying in the article; ‘The most important thing is, according to Kjøs, to understand why you consider something a problem.’

Think about that long and hard.

Why is whatever situation you’re going through now a problem? Why do you expend your Energy thinking about it? If you’re fat and lazy, and you’re literally just getting started training and eating healthy, it’s going to take time changing your body. Months if not years. Why is your current state a problem if you’re fixing it?

If you’re a virgin loser who’s non-attractive and you’re working hard to change that, what’s problematic about that?

If someone close to you died, you might feel sad for a moment, but such is the nature of life.

Why is that a problem?

Why do you give away your *Energy* to your darker thoughts and allow them to consume yourself completely?

This is precisely what those shrink dorks want you to do. Surrender your thoughts to them so they can pick your thoughts apart, inject you with even more doubt and self-deprecation so you’ll have to see them over and over again, thereby making more money.

Versus actually going out there in the world and attacking them problem head on.

To generate more Energy.

This is what an Electrifying Persona [EP] is doing so well.

And something you can learn to master as well.

If you’re struggling with your Energy and you feel everything in the world is tough, you need to understand how to change your thinking.

Especially when it comes to thinking about how to generate massive amounts of Energy. In spite of all the naysayers and loser dorks out there who want you to remain miserable.

Understand something.

There are people out there in the world who thrive when they see you broken, miserable, depressed and sad. Yes. I am not lying when I say this.

And you should of course stay away from such people.

Instead, focus on generating more Energy to fix what needs to be fixed in your life.

I teach you how to do so in my FREE ebook which I’ll give to you.

All you need to do is go to my bio, click the link and follow instructions accordingly.

And I will see you on the other side.
