‘So here we are again…’

I’m not quite sure about the origin of this song. Not sure who sang it, where I first heard it or why it got stuck inside of my head. Actually I might even be making this up. But there’s something about that excerpt which I dislike a lot.

Here’s why:

If you do a repetitive action over and over again and you do get the same result without getting closer to your goals or even having learned something useful, are you really progressing at all?

I believe this very thing is what Albert Einstein referred to as the definition of madness.

And, I can already hear the HORDES of autists, aspbies and other dorks shouting out loud how ‘you need reps to get stronger in the gym or grow muscle’ or ‘you have to write daily on Twitter and Insta to market yourself’ and so on.

Look, of course I know that.

And I’m not saying they’re wrong. In fact, I agree 100% with them. But there is a major, major difference between tactically and principally marketing with clear intent and a goal, versus writing random nonsense which you think will get yourself clout. Just take a look at *all* the influencers on social media. They all look the same. They say the same things. There is no difference between one or the other except their names and perhaps the URL. Other than that, they’re regurgitating the same kind of crap that they *think* young people, especially young boys, want to hear.

It’s the definition of what I call circle jerking.

Actually, I have to admit I stole it from someone, I just don’t know who.

Whatever.

It doesn’t really matter.

What matters is, if you want to spend your time *wisely* and market yourself to attract customers to *you* instead of all the things that you keep nattering on and on about, you need to stick out like a sore thumb.

I very much preach what Ben Settle is teaching.

That’s why you see this Courier New Font. It might be ugly. It might not be ‘cool’ or ‘sexy’.

But it surely is *unique*.

That’s how I wisely spend my time.

By doing what there is major, major psychological resistance to doing.

I want to be *real*.

Hence I want to *attract* real.

The ones who actually see past the facade, implement what I teach them and tell me their success stories.

You would only imagine what I’ve heard so far.

Maybe I’ll share it sometime with this list.

Who knows?

Anyway,

If you want to *really* spend your Time and Energy wisely, you are long-term oriented and do not suffer from ‘YOLO’ or some other dumb shit, then you might want to check out a little something I have cleverly devised.

It is actually a book.

And it doesn’t contain all the ordinary, bland, boring and quite frankly, useless Time Saving advice.

You know how these people who teach you to save time go superficially all the time [no pun intended]; they want you to de-clutter, organize your workspace, sell and/or give away all the things you really do not need and so on.

I’m not going to say that doesn’t work.

Because it does…

…for a short while.

But if you do not work on your *real* distractions, this is all for naught.

I’m talking about how you are doing mentally, physically, even spritiually. How you are dealing with other people. Stress. Adversity. And all the other intangibles that overall constitute a large portion of your life.

You know what, I’m getting really excited talking about this.

But I won’t spoil all the beans.

Instead, if you want to read the book right now and learn how to *really* save Time and Energy, do the following:

Follow instructions.

And that’s that.
